Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan Announces Office Consolidation and Move to Garden Level

To streamline operations and better serve our community, the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan is pleased to announce that we have consolidated our office and moved the majority of our agency operations to the garden level at our existing location at 3215 Eaglecrest Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. This move is designed to improve efficiency and foster closer collaboration within our team.

The new office arrangement ensures that our in-office staff is now located on the garden level, while key resources remain accessible on the first floor. The Wellness Room will continue to be available on the first floor, as will the newly established Caregiver Training Center, providing easy access for our visitors and clients.

We are focused on creating a more cohesive and accessible work environment,” said Kendrick Heinlein, President and CEO at the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan. “This move allows us to better connect our full team while maintaining the important services that support our community, such as the Wellness Room and Caregiver Training Center.”

The main lobby and reception area have also been relocated to the garden level, providing improved access for clients and guests. Visitors can reach the garden level via elevator or stairs for added convenience.

Additionally, the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan is offering rental space at our location for like-minded organizations looking to share in our commitment to community-centered services and collaboration. We welcome inquiries from organizations that align with our mission and values.
